We’re Hiring: Sales Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
Our company provides digital advertising solutions through a network of screens located across Araz supermarkets in Baku.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract and develop new clients
- Sell digital advertising services
- Manage clients throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Fluency in both Azerbaijani and Russian is required
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivation to sell and achieve results
- Responsible and proactive approach
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
Working Hours:
- 4–6 hours per day, 5 days a week
- 2 days off — Saturday and Sunday
Salary: 1,500+ AZN per month, depending on previous sales experience and professional background.
