IT Business Analyst plays a key role in analyzing and optimizing digital payment and transfer solutions for Birbank, the country's first digital bank, serving millions of users. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, enhance user experiences, and ensure seamless integration with financial systems.

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for digital payment solutions
• Collaborate with team to enhance payment products
• Ensure payment systems align with business goals, compliance standards, and security regulations
• Create and maintain high-quality process flows and functional specifications
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather insights and improve product functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs and technical solutions
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent problems and improve system stability
• Work with microservices-based architectures to optimize business processes
• Query databases, analyze structured data, and generate reports using SQL
• Use Postman to test APIs, analyze responses, and troubleshoot integration issues
• Work professionally with REST APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficiency in digital payment services
• Develop and maintain diagrams (ERD, Sequence Diagrams, BPMN) to ensure clear understanding of systems and processes
• Identify and document edge cases within processes to improve system robustness and reduce risks

Tələblər

• 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably in digital banking, fintech, or payment systems
• Strong understanding of digital banking, fintech, payment systems and API integrations
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
• Proficiency in process modeling, requirements management
• Understanding of modern software architectures and their business impact
