Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional business projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and project updates for management.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective project execution.
- Support business communication by preparing presentations and visual materials.
- Track project KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Finance, or a similar role.
- Strong financial and analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience in creating presentations and visual business communications is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
