Your key responsibilitie

  • s:Play a leading role in the creation, development, and management of digital products within the Digital Services business directio

  • tsEnrich the Azercell mobile application with app-exclusive loyalty products, offers, and functionalities, and drive the definition and execution of the product roadma
  • p.Define a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, digital strategy, and partner requirement
  • s.Build, manage, and continuously refine end-to-end product strategies from concept and design through development, launch, and post-launch optimizatio
  • n.Establish effective collaboration models with stakeholders, including internal business units, technology teams, marketing, analytics, legal, and external partners, to ensure strategic alignment and smooth executio
  • n.Translate market insights, user needs, and data analytics into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritization criteri
  • a.Lead product planning activities, including backlog management, roadmap planning, release planning, and dependency managemen
  • t.Act as a key product representative within technology and commercial units, working closely with development teams on a daily basis as the product owner / product lea
  • d.Ensure customer-centric design and usability, integrating user research, usability testing, and feedback loops into the product development lifecycl
  • e.Monitor and analyze product KPIs and performance metrics after launch, ensuring regular reporting and transparent communication with stakeholder
  • s.Identify opportunities for product improvement, monetization, and growth, using data-driven insights and market benchmark
  • s.Support and manage partnership projects, including coordination with partners on product integration, roadmap alignment, commercial models, and operational readines
  • s.Contribute to the development of business cases, high-level feasibility studies, and performance reviews for new and existing digital product
  • s.Ensure products comply with internal processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standard

  • r:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related fiel
  • d.2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role within digital services, OTT/media, telecom, or technology-driven environment
  • s.Hands-on experience managing end-to-end digital products, from concept and requirements definition to launch and post-launch optimizatio
  • n.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, analytics, legal, finance, and external partner
  • s.Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including TV & OTT platforms, mobile applications, value-added services, or partnership-based product
  • s.Proven ability to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog
  • s.Experience with product roadmapping, KPI definition, and performance trackin
  • g.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven product decision
  • s.Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and working closely with development team
  • s.Experience collaborating with external partners and vendors, including product integration and roadmap alignmen
  • t.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
  • s.Strong ownership mindset, proactivity, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmen
