Owning the full lifecycle from initiation through go-live and hypercare; defining scope, milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and success metrics;Building and managing integrated project plans across business/IT/vendors; running project governance, decision logs, status reporting, and change control;Aligning stakeholders on priorities and decisions; facilitating workshops; driving timely resolution of conflicts and blockers with clear recommendations;Managing vendor plans, deliverables, and quality gates; validating estimates; controling out-of-scope requests via formal change processes;Coordinating SIT/UAT, defects triage, releasing readiness, cutover plans, and stabilization; ensuring documentation and handovers to BAU/support;Maintaining disciplined RAID tracking with ownership and action closure; Proactively mitigating delivery risks and escalating when required;Tracking budget and vendor spend; coordinating resourcing with functional leads; identifying and communicating deviations early. Xüsusi tələblər Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience;3–5 years of continuous, hands-on project management experience with end-to-end accountability in a full-time PM role;Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives with technology components (systems, integrations, data/reporting, process change);Experience managing external vendors/third parties and structured delivery governance;Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani / English / Russian communication skills;Strong command of scope/schedule/budget control, change management, and governance;Executive-ready communication: concise status reporting, decision framing, action tracking;Stakeholder management and facilitation skills; ability to lead through influence;Strong advantage: exposure to financial services (capital markets/brokerage/banking/fintech), control-heavy delivery (compliance/audit/InfoSec), and integration delivery (APIs/middleware);Tools: Jira/Confluence, MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, PowerPoint.
