Frontend Developer

Capri Tech is looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a large-scale web platform intended for use across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional frontend development experience (excluding internships)
• Next.js (App Router)
• React + TypeScript
• TanStack Query (React Query)
• Axios + JWT authentication
• REST API integration
• Tailwind CSS
• Zustand
• Experience converting Figma designs into responsive web interfaces
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to speed up development, research, debugging and problem solving

AI should be used as a development assistant, while the developer remains responsible for understanding, reviewing, and validating the implemented solution.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the UI/UX Designer to convert Figma designs into web interfaces and collaborate with Backend Engineers to integrate backend APIs.

We expect you to:

• Take ownership of assigned work
• Provide reasonable rough estimates for tasks to support planning
• Communicate clearly with the team
• Identify and raise blockers early
• Collaborate closely with other team members

We do not expect perfect estimates. We value responsibility, ownership, transparency and clear communication.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and actively helps drive the project forward.

Team

You will work in a friendly and collaborative team including an Enterprise Architect, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers and a UI/UX Designer.

The team members are experienced in their areas, making this a great opportunity to contribute to a significant project while learning through close collaboration.

Employment Details

Employment Type: Contractor

Contract Period: 9 months (with possible extension)

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Working Model: Fully Remote

Location: Azerbaijan

Payment Type: B2B

Monthly Compensation: 2,500–3,000 AZN depending on skills and experience

Most team members are based in Azerbaijan. Although the position is fully remote, occasional office visits may be required, typically once or twice per month when needed.
