Role Description The Travel Coordinator role at Fly Tour Azerbaijan is a full-time, on-site position based in Baku City. The Travel Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing travel itineraries for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, transfers, and related services. Daily tasks include understanding client requirements, proposing suitable travel options, confirming reservations, and ensuring all travel documentation is accurate and complete. The role also involves handling inquiries, resolving issues before and during travel, and coordinating with suppliers and partners to maintain a seamless travel experience. The Travel Coordinator is expected to provide professional, timely customer support and uphold the company’s standards of service at every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Travel Coordination and Travel Management skills to plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end travel itineraries.
• Candidates should possess experience in Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transport, and additional travel services.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and partners and address inquiries or issues.
• Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality environment is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with booking systems, GDS tools, or online travel platforms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and local languages, both written and spoken, is preferred.
• A degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an asset.
