INCOMING TOUR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tour requests (RFQs) from international partners.
• Prepare FIT and Group tour programs, itineraries, costings and quotations.
• Coordinate hotels, transfers, transportation, guides, restaurants and excursions.
• Manage reservations, confirmations and operational arrangements.
• Communicate daily with international partners, DMCs, agencies and suppliers.
• Negotiate and verify supplier rates and monitor service quality.
• Handle tour changes and operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate information and updates in the CRM system.
• Follow company procedures, response-time standards and KPIs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in incoming tourism / DMC / tour operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel, transfer and tour operations.
• Experience with FIT and Group tours.
• English and Russian – mandatory.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good MS Office and CRM skills.
