- Participate in the preparation and preliminary legal review of contracts and agreements;
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, memoranda, and other legal documents;
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and collect relevant legal information;
- Review and respond to legal inquiries received from internal departments;
- Participate in preparing documents to be submitted to government authorities;
- Assist in preparing documentation related to court proceedings and legal disputes;
- Participate in drafting and reviewing internal corporate documents;
- Maintain and organize records and archives of contracts and other legal documents;
- Support employees in identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks;
- Perform other legal and related tasks assigned by management.
