We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team in Azerbaijan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting business growth through effective recruitment and talent management, and contributing to the development of a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to job offer.
• Source, attract, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers.
• Monitor the local labor market, salary trends, and hiring practices to support business needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and support employee adaptation in cooperation with line managers, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor legislation, company policies, and HR administration processes.
• Support performance management, employee development, and corporate culture initiatives, including internal communications, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics, provide recommendations for process improvements, and participate in HR projects and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle across different functions and levels.
• Understanding of modern candidate assessment and interviewing techniques.
• Experience with HR databases, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• English and Russian at Intermediate level or higher.
