We are seeking a Talent Management professional to support succession planning, talent assessment and internal mobility initiatives. The role will partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent, strengthen succession pipelines, and translate talent insights into actionable development and organizational solutions

• Support the design and implementation of succession planning for critical and leadership roles.
• Partner with business leaders to identify potential successors and assess readiness, potential and fit against target-role requirements using structured, objective methodologies.
• Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for succession candidates based on assessment outcomes.
• Support internal talent mobility and talent matching by identifying opportunities for employees to move across roles, functions and businesses within the ecosystem, aligned with their capabilities, potential and organizational needs.
• Track successor readiness, development progress and talent pipeline health.
• Analyze succession and talent data and prepare insights for management decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of succession and talent assessment practices in line with international approaches.

Tələblər

• Experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering or a related HR field.
• Practical understanding of succession planning, talent assessment and development methodologies.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and business leaders; Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in assessing employees against role requirements, competencies and future potential.
• Ability to translate assessment results into clear conclusions and actionable development priorities
• Ability to translate business needs into practical talent solutions.
• Proficiency in English is required.
