Coordinate closely with the PRE Design Team and provide technical expertise to support the smooth execution and progress of site activities.
Monitor and oversee architectural construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage third-party site supervision teams, including participation in site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
Attend and contribute to project progress meetings with Project Management Companies (PMCs), contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare regular site progress reports, providing updates on project milestones, risks, challenges, and recommended actions.
Review site issues and propose practical, timely solutions in coordination with the Contractor and PRE Design Team to ensure project objectives are maintained.
Support effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
Reports directly to the Project Manager.
