О роли
- Coordinate closely with the PRE Design Team and provide technical expertise to support the smooth execution and progress of site activities.
- Monitor and oversee architectural construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage third-party site supervision teams, including participation in site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Attend and contribute to project progress meetings with Project Management Companies (PMCs), contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare regular site progress reports, providing updates on project milestones, risks, challenges, and recommended actions.
- Review site issues and propose practical, timely solutions in coordination with the Contractor and PRE Design Team to ensure project objectives are maintained.
- Support effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Reports directly to the Project Manager.
