• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fairmont standards, hotel policies, and health and safety regulations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Manage restaurant staffing, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure excellent food quality, presentation, and service.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.
• Support the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Implement and maintain service standards and operational procedures.
• Build strong relationships with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with menu promotions, special events, and initiatives to drive revenue and guest engagement.

Tələblər

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a luxury or upscale hotel or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
