We are looking for an experienced Finance & Tax Manager to join our growing business, specializing in fruit imports and distribution.

Previous experience in the fruit industry is a strong requirement. We are looking for a highly qualified professional with excellent financial and tax expertise, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of the financial specifics of fruit import and wholesale distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's financial operations, accounting, and tax compliance.
• Oversee tax declarations, statutory reporting, and compliance with local legislation.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and maintain accurate financial records.
• Control import-related expenses, supplier payments, and product cost calculations.
• Analyze profit margins, operating expenses, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, suppliers, and external accounting partners.
• Develop financial reports and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in the fruit import, wholesale, or distribution industry.
• Strong background in finance, accounting, and taxation.
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani tax legislation and accounting requirements.
• Fluent English and Russian are mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage financial processes effectively.
