Role Purpose

• To lead the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives. The role is responsible for performing analysis and feasibility assessments for investment proposals and ensuring structured coordination across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Support & Monitoring

• Track progress of assigned strategic initiatives.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and propose corrective measures.
• Prepare initiative status dashboards and summaries.

Strategic Analysis

• Conduct market and internal performance analysis.
• Identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities.
• Prepare analytical notes and presentations.

Investment Evaluation

• Develop financial models and feasibility assessments.
• Conduct IRR, NPV, and payback calculations and comparisons.
• Monitor investment projects and assess post-investment results.

Coordination & Follow-Up

• Coordinate with financial institutions, suppliers, and external partners to collect data relevant to feasibility and cost assessments.
• Gather inputs from departments for strategy and investment documents.
• Track status of ongoing investment assessments.
• Prepare summary dashboards and reports for management.

Documentation

• Maintain structured archives, templates, and analysis files.
• Ensure consistency and quality across analytical work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in strategy, investments, financial analysis and modeling, consulting.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, financial modelling, risk analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments
