Support the coordination and tracking of all in-country and out-of-country personnelSupport the implementation and logistics of HR campaigns (communication, tracking, follow-up)Coordinate recruitment processes including sourcing support, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparationEnsure execution of administrative activities (missions, expense sheets, timesheets) and follow-up with employeesSupport development and update of HR documentation, templates, and toolsProvide operational HR support to Project Management (data, documents, follow-ups)Administer appraisal processes (initiation, tracking, consolidation of inputs)Ensure accurate implementation of HR administrative processes in line with local labor requirementsMaintain and update administration orders (leave, termination, appointment, etc.)Organize business trips (BTO, visas, logistics) and ensure proper documentation and approvalsMaintain and update HR databasePrepare manpower tracking files and produce HR data reports (POB, statistics, workforce tracking)Follow up mobilization and demobilization processes and ensure documentation completenessFollow up with stakeholders on staffing actionsCoordinate with hiring managers to collect job requirements and maintain recruitment documentationLiaise with recruitment agencies and track candidate pipelinesTrack recruitment progress, mobilization timelines, and workforce dataMaintain training records Xüsusi tələblər Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher degree and training certification in Human Resources domain is recommended.Minimum Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in HR Management.Required Skills: Ability to work independently, to show initiative, to identify and set objectives, and to work towards objectives defined by the executive management teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills, good problem solving, accuracy and analytical skills, service mindedness, sense of responsibility and feeling for HR environmentProven records of ability to effectively conduct in a team with strong Leadership.
