• We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Leading HR Operations Specialist to oversee HR operations and ensure effective administration of employee-related processes.

Tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources; experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Labour Code and employment legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Experience with electronic government information systems and portals related to HR administration and employment relations
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, planning, coordination, teamwork, and communication skills
