О роли

The Head of Recruitment is a full-time, on-site role based in Azerbaijan, responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for academic and non-academic positions at the European Azerbaijan School. This role oversees workforce planning in collaboration with school leadership, defines hiring needs and timelines, and designs effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality, mission-aligned candidates. Daily responsibilities include managing job postings, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview panels, and ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience. The Head of Recruitment develops and maintains talent pipelines, leads employer branding initiatives, and builds partnerships with universities and other talent sources locally and internationally. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations, and continuously improving processes to support the school’s growth and international standards. Xüsusi tələblər Strong expertise in Hiring and Recruiting, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, preferably in an international school or education context.Proficiency in Interviewing and assessment techniques, including structured interviews, competency-based questioning, and effective candidate evaluation.Experience in Employer Branding and talent attraction, including promoting the school’s values and culture across digital channels and professional networks.Background in Graduate Recruitment and building relationships with universities, teacher training programs, and other early-career talent pipelines.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to design and implement recruitment policies, processes, and metrics in a multicultural environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, faculty, and support staff.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.High level of integrity, discretion Müraciət etmək üçün: [email protected]
