Educational Technology SupportSupport teachers, students, and staff in the effective use of educational technologies and digital platformsAssist in integrating ICT tools (ManageBac, Office 365, Google Workspace, Raz-Kids, Follett Destiny, IB Questionbank, Century, ThinkIB etc.) into teaching and learningProvide day-to-day technical and user support for educational systemsData Analysis & ReportingCollect, analyze, and interpret data from school systems (e.g., academic performance, platform usage, engagement metrics)Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackersProvide data-driven insights to support academic planning and decision-makingAutomate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions and Goole sheetsCollaborate with leadership and academic teams to monitor performance indicators and identify improvement areasSystems Administration & CoordinationSupport the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of school systems and platformsMonitor system usage and user engagement to enhance learning effectivenessEnsure smooth operation of ICT services across primary and secondary divisionsTraining & DevelopmentDeliver training sessions for teachers, staff, and students on digital tools and systemsSupport onboarding and digital literacy developmentPrepare user guides, documentation, and training materialsParticipate in organizing parent sessions on educational technologiesCurriculum & Innovation SupportSupport implementation of ICT curriculum for primary and secondary levelsCollaborate with teachers to promote innovative use of technologyStay up to date with emerging tools and recommend improvementsPolicies, Compliance & ReportingSupport ICT policies including acceptable use and digital safetyEnsure compliance with data protection and school standardsPrepare regular and annual reports on ICT services and data insightsOperational SupportWork closely with the Head of IT and ICT teamSupport school-wide initiatives related to digital transformation and data use Xüsusi tələblər Bachelor’s degree in IT, Educational Technology, Data Analytics, or related fieldExperience in educational technology, IT support, or similar roleAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with data and generating reportsLanguage RequirementsAdvanced both English and RussianKey CompetenciesStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to translate data into actionable insightsEffective communication with both technical and non-technical usersOrganization and multitasking skillsContinuous learning mindset Müraciət etmək üçün: [email protected]
