О роли
- Monitor and oversee architectural site activities to ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage third-party site supervision teams, including participation in site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Attend and actively contribute to progress meetings with Project Management Companies (PMCs), contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports, highlighting project status, key achievements, risks, and corrective actions.
- Provide practical site solutions and recommendations in coordination with the Contractor and PRE Design Team to address technical and construction-related challenges.
- Support effective communication and collaboration among all project participants to facilitate timely project delivery.
- Reports directly to the Project Manager.
