Monitor and oversee architectural site activities to ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage third-party site supervision teams, including participation in site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
Attend and actively contribute to progress meetings with Project Management Companies (PMCs), contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports, highlighting project status, key achievements, risks, and corrective actions.
Provide practical site solutions and recommendations in coordination with the Contractor and PRE Design Team to address technical and construction-related challenges.
Support effective communication and collaboration among all project participants to facilitate timely project delivery.
Reports directly to the Project Manager.
