Provide administrative and executive support to the Deputy CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the officeServe as the primary point of contact between the Deputy CEO and internal and external stakeholdersScreen and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondenceMaintain and manage the Deputy CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and business commitmentsCoordinate and organize meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up actionsArrange business travel, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and related logisticsPrepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials as requested by the Deputy CEOProduce accurate reports and summaries, ensuring attention to detail and timely deliveryTranslate, proofread, and review documents in Azerbaijani, English, and RussianMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents Xüsusi tələblər Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in administrative or executive support roles, preferably supporting senior executivesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointFluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian, with strong writing, proofreading, and translation skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Müraciət etmək üçün: [email protected]
