Technical coordinator

Technical background

• Engineering or technical background related to production facilities
• Experience in facility establishment, rehabilitation, commissioning or restart
• Solid understanding of production processes, utilities and infrastructure, and operations & maintenance readiness

Core skills & competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (mechanical, electrical, industrial, process or similar)
• Strong technical coordination and interface-management skills
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear actions and decisions
• Effective communication with technical, commercial, and government stakeholders
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is mandatory, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
• Willingness to travel as required
• Comfortable working in time-critical and high-responsibility environments
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
