Conduct detailed analysis of the step-by-step sequence of construction events, identifying dependencies, potential delays, and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with site managers and engineering teams to gather accurate data on crew sizes, material requirements, and equipment needs.
Ensure alignment of planning activities with project goals, safety standards, and company protocols.
Prepare regular progress reports, highlighting key risks, deviations from the schedule, and recommended corrective actions.
Use advanced project management software to track and optimize schedules.
Coordinate closely with procurement, design, and construction teams to integrate timelines and resource planning.
Provide strategic planning input during project bidding and pre-construction phases.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project planning or scheduling in the construction industry.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
