Yango is hiring a Support Specialist to assist our users and partners by responding to inquiries, conducting outbound calls, and collecting feedback to support continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for
You will be responsible for
- Responding to user queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner
- Making outbound calls to users and partners to follow up on support issues
- Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with internal teams
- Gathering customer feedback and forwarding it to product, sales, and marketing functions
- Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Proficiency in Turkish and Russian or English
- The ability to communicate clearly and write quickly and accurately
