Role Description This full-time remote role as a 1C Business Analyst at Siesco MMC focuses on analyzing business processes and translating them into effective 1C configurations and solutions. The position includes gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, designing system workflows, and preparing technical specifications for 1C developers. The analyst will participate in system configuration, testing, and implementation, as well as troubleshoot and optimize existing 1C modules. Daily tasks also involve preparing user documentation, training end-users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that 1C solutions support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and model business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Experience working with 1C (e.g., configuration, customization, and support of 1C:Enterprise or related modules).
• Skills in testing business applications, preparing test cases, and ensuring quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
• Strong documentation abilities, including creating user guides, process descriptions, and technical reports.
• Competence in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders, developers, and end-users.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ERP or business management systems, preferably in finance, logistics, or operations, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of project management practices and familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies is beneficial.
