We're hiring for a Corporate Innovation Associate to join our team for a full-time, on-site, Baku-based position. You'll sit at the intersection of program delivery and business development — helping design and run innovation programs while also driving the partnerships and pipeline that make them possible. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership across both the strategic and operational sides of the business.

• Support the design, planning, and delivery of corporate innovation and training programs
• Help lead the coordination and execution of innovation programs, industry initiatives, workshops, and events in close partnership with our corporate and institutional partners
• Coordinate deliverables and communications with partner organizations to ensure full alignment throughout each program

• Support the business development pipeline, including managing senior leadership's scheduling, ensuring timely follow-ups, and tracking partner meeting outcomes
• Identify, qualify, and track leads, and research new prospects across channels including LinkedIn and the web
• Profile strategic accounts — identifying key stakeholders, researching business requirements, and shaping solutions to open the sales cycle
• Maintain diligent, considerate follow-up with prospects and partners, tracking the account types and internal champions most likely to convert
• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of SUP VC's programs to prospective partners
• Act as a subject-matter expert on SUP VC's innovation platform in conversations with partners and prospects
• Analyze outreach and pipeline results, and propose new approaches to improve effectiveness over time

• Maintain active, accurate task tracking for ongoing business development and partnership work using CRM systems
• Ensure all records, client correspondence, and project milestones are properly documented to maintain data integrity across the pipeline

• Contribute to content and reporting for ongoing programs and partnerships
• Support the development of social media strategy and content to build SUP VC's visibility and reputation across the innovation ecosystem

• 1+ years of demonstrable success as an outbound SDR or in a similar business development role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Azerbaijani strongly preferred; Turkish a plus)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and professional social networks such as LinkedIn
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Genuine passion for technology, business, and winning

• 1+ years of experience in program management, the startup/innovation ecosystem, or corporate innovation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Innovation, Finance, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize multiple concurrent BD and program tasks with minimal supervision
• Hands-on experience with CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools
• Sharp analytical thinking and comfort with research-heavy, pipeline-driven work
