Conditions:

• Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage incoming customer inquiries (RFQs);
• Conduct negotiations with customers and coordinate commercial offers;
• Identify, research, and attract new potential customers and companies;
• Develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers;
• Ensure continuous coordination with the Procurement and Technical teams;
• Monitor the preparation and submission of commercial offers;
• Regularly obtain feedback from customers and carry out follow-up activities;
• Follow up on all inquiries and offers through to completion;
• Ensure compliance with established deadlines for inquiries and offers;
• Ensure that assigned KPIs are achieved on time and at the required level;
• Monitor sales target achievement and performance on a regular basis;
• Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales or business development;
• Azerbaijani – C1 level;
• English – C1 level;
• Russian – C1 level;
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills;
• Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
