• Support event organizers with publishing and managing events on the official iticket.az platform;
• Monitor ticket sales and react quickly to changes in sales dynamics;
• Make independent operational decisions within your area of responsibility;
• Coordinate daily operations with box offices and the call center;
• Ensure accuracy and up-to-date information across the platform;
• Act as a bridge between organizers, internal teams, and customer-facing departments;
• Contribute to a smooth customer experience and high service standards.
