- Calculate salaries for employees, including regular pay, vacation, sick leave, and other compensation.
- Prepare and submit required tax and statistical reports, such as the Single Wage Declaration and other statistical reports.
- Resolve complex labor and payroll issues related to salary calculations, addressing discrepancies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Address client inquiries and provide detailed support regarding payroll calculations and payroll-related matters.
- Prepare reports related to advance payments for business trips and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure that team members' knowledge and skills related to salary calculations are up-to-date and meet the required standards.
- Mentor and support junior payroll consultants, guiding them through complex tasks and ensuring high-quality output.
- Maintain knowledge of current payroll practices, tax regulations, and changes in employment law.
