AZEX Trucking is looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team at Baku office.

This is an office-based HR opportunity focused on recruiting Owner Operators and Professional Drivers, coordinating hiring and onboarding, and monitoring performance within the international trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, attract and recruit Truck Owners (Owner Operators) and Professional Drivers;

Source candidates through social media, online platforms, professional networks and referrals;

Conduct initial interviews, screen candidates and negotiate cooperation terms;

Manage and oversee the overall recruitment and onboarding processes;

Monitor onboarding progress and maintain regular communication with newly recruited candidates;

Follow up on Driver and Owner Operator performance in coordination with relevant departments;

Develop recruitment strategies and explore new candidate acquisition channels;

Maintain recruitment records, track KPIs and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development or customer acquisition is preferred;

Experience in transportation, logistics or trucking recruitment is an advantage;

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;

Fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani is mandatory;

Knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage;

Experience in cold calling, lead generation and candidate sourcing;

Strong organizational, follow-up and reporting skills;

Ability to work independently, manage multiple recruitment processes and achieve performance targets.
