Role Description The Operator is a full-time hybrid role based in Baku, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. In this position, the Operator will handle daily operational activities such as processing customer orders, updating records in internal systems, and ensuring accurate data entry. The role includes responding to customer inquiries via phone or digital channels, coordinating with store and warehouse teams, and supporting smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes. The Operator will monitor inventory-related information, report any discrepancies, and follow established procedures to maintain efficient operations. This role also involves collaborating with colleagues to improve workflows and uphold Kontakt Home’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and administrative skills, including data entry, record keeping, and basic reporting.
• Customer service and communication abilities, with capacity to handle inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Basic digital literacy and comfort working with office software, retail systems, and communication tools.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work both on-site in Baku and remotely, maintaining productivity and accountability in a hybrid setting.
