Location: Baku & Shahdag (Mobility required between offices)

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Project Segment: Luxury & Premium Residential (Villas & Apartments in Shahdag)

Key responsibilities

• Sales Team Support: Assist sales consultants with administrative tasks, data entry, and pipeline management.
• Front Desk Coverage: Greet arriving guests, manage the reception area, and project a professional company image.
• Call Management: Route incoming telephone inquiries and take detailed messages when sales representatives are in meetings.
• Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients during peak lead-generation campaigns.
• Visitor Hospitality: Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare refreshments for corporate guests.

Job Requirements

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a highly professional phone etiquette.
• Interpersonal Skills: Welcoming, approachable demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset for greeting guests.
• Time Management: Ability to multitask efficiently, switch gears quickly, and support multiple team members at once.
• Resilience: Highly motivated spirit with the comfort and drive to perform outbound cold calling.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic familiarity with CRM software.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
